I've been lurking around for a few months now and thought it was time for a "Hello".

Love the vibes on the board, lots of very helpful people etc.

Started riding to work again in April after a 5 year break on my Semi Slick equipped MTB and loving it. 8.5 miles each way, aiming for twice a week.

Whereabouts in Yorkshire? It's a big old place.

I live in the picturesque South, with rolling slag heaps and Grade II listed Council Flats

Im from the North, i cant proclaim that its a great deal better.

Usually full of tourists when I visit, did buy a cheap bike there once though. Cyclescene just off the Ring Road

My lad and I ride with Pedalsport occasionally, starting from Elland Cricket Club. Get some proper tyres on and come out for a bit of a sociable ride on a Thursday, starts at 7pm and lasts for a couple of hours. No pressure, we really do ride at the pace of the slowest rider......
