I've been looking around but can't see any current advice on helmet lights.

What i think I'm looking is some rear facing red led based lights.

Currently i've got as far as using the cateye LD130 but want to use rechargeable.

Anyone any views. Clearly I don't want anything too heavy but the helmet makes an ideal platform for a simple aaa based light.

you could probably attach one of the mini led lights with elastic available from tesco or wilkinsons etc.

What about these

I used to have a set a while ago. (I don't know what happened to them)

They're not super bright but they are suprisingly noticable mounted in the helmet.

I now mount a cateye LD-600 fastened there with the belt clip that came with it (Just cliped over one of the straps). I don't seem to notice it while riding but it is on the heavy side to be clipped to the helmet.

Thanks

The B&M looks just the sort of thing I was thinking of, but there's a crap review of them here on the site.

I might a have a go with the BLT. I was thinking on mounting something on the back, but can't any simple way of affixing one.
