help with advice ...

    Okay I have ten weeks of nothing now, school has finished and I need to get fit, the only problem is, I work better to a schedule, so if someone can help me set one up for myself then I would be very grateful. I'll let you know all my hieght, weight, whatever is needed ...

    At noon every day, cycle 20 miles.

    There you go, there's your schedule.

    Don't know what kind of cycling you do/prefer, but this may be of help:

    Otherwise google bike training schedules, and follow a link.

    Behind a desk
    Pick an event and work backwards for a schedule. Best way to keep motivated.
