Hello
I'm sort of from Bristol (partner lives there, and I may be moving down there soon).

I did the C2C and then back to Carlisle last summer, so the back to Carlisle bit was mostly the Hadrians Wall route, although we didn't got back all the way round the coast to Whitehaven. I think the C2C route is more interesting, but hillier!

Some piccies for you.

You all look as if you did it with only one pannier each!!! I wish I could learn that technique... (Even Mr Summerdays had 2 panniers for our C2C - the Devon one).

We did - we were only away for 3 nights (4 nights in total, but we were in the same place as the car for night 1, so could put used underwear in it). You just have to put up with being a little whiffy during the day!

Hello from another near-to-Bristol-er.

I keep thinking about doing a C2C via the Harridans Wall route. Maybe I'll get arond to it one year! - My parents live near Carlisle, so I don't really have any excuse!

Welcome!
