We will be moving house soon, and our furniture etc, is looking a bit shabby
I've found a nice telly and a couple of rugs, and I'm just off to B&Q to look at a Kitchen.
What do I need to do be be an honourable member?

You need to lose any sense of integrity or vision, and become willing to claw, fight, kick, gouge and backstab your way through local council, trades union, or con club until you make it to the selection list. Then you blackmail the selectors into selecting you.

After you've murdered, dismembered and buried your personal value system and your honour in that manner, screwing the public for an extra 25k a year is chickenfeed.

Anyone who WANTS to become an MP should be automatically disbarred.

Your going to B&Q to look at Kitchens sorry you have failed with up to £10,000 to spend on a Kitchen you need to set your sights higher and theres that £6,000 for the bathroom.
