I had an accident just over a week ago where a car turned infront of me and I ended up landing on the base of my spine and my right hip, I've been on pain meds since then but I'm eagar to get back on the bike.

How long do you guys reckon I leave it after the daily pain has gone? I'm wanting to ride the Manchester to Blackpool event but don't want to come back too early to injure myself more and have to miss it.

Now that would be a good question, I never went to the doctors as I was shipped off to hospital in a nerr nerr after the accident, maybe I should take a trip to the docs

did you not know everyone owns a phd in here?

Obviously bought off eBay

But what's a PhD got to do with it? - very few medical doctors have one - in fact most doctors should be called physicians, surgeons or some other more correct term. Medical people's use of the honorific 'Dr' is for the most part a courtesy term, which is probably why consultant-level medics go back to plain 'Mr' to indicate they're so superior they don't need courtesy titles
