School hols are over,my best three months are here .I love this time of year.
No more school runs,my youngest has started High school.

So i am free to get out.But no i have got a chest infection,cough, cough ,cough.Sore throat with coughing and wheezing.

At least i got a decent nights sleep last night.
Going to watch the football tonight so i should fall off to sleep early then.

So looking forward to next week when i can get out.

I managed to get a 100km Audax in last Sunday just before the bug got me. I've had a few days of sweats and hacking coughs. Should be clear for the next Audax this coming Sunday though it has put paid to any notions I'd had of cycling in to work this week.
