I went through shortly after the emergency services had arrived. If i'm correct in what i saw, no cyclists involved.
A moped rider was injured, lying on the floor not moving. and the horn of the car in the north bound carriage way was constantly on.
On my video footage there is a woman with a white bike that was clearly a witness to the accident, i would presume she stuck around to make sure people where alright and to give her statement.
The cars looked in a bad shape, with one of the front wheels being completely detached from the car.
