Insurance and breakdown cover

I'm looking to insure my bike and having breakdown cover including punctures would be a great help. Has anybody been covered by ETA Cycle Rescue. I can get both these covers for just under £98. Any input appreciated.

Decided against it. Reading it again it seems that they just take you to the closest point and that most likely being a railway station is no good to me. Invested in a good mini pump and some more tubes instead.
