Internet speed

I found this link on another forum. It is the results of my internet speed test. I have no idea if it is good or bad. Click on the image if you want to see what yours is.

It's fantastic if you only have a 1mb connection, but if you have 18mb - not so good.

I think I am supposed to get up to 8mb.

That's quite a nice test. I get pretty much what I pay for which is good, but I couldn't honestly recommend my ISP because the tech support is so poor.



6 out of 8Mbit isn't bad though. Especially not compared to the old modem speeds, these days we are rather spoiled - I used to get about 2.4 kilobytes a second!

I've had a check in the summary results and it tells me I am getting a faster speed then 72% of the global users and 63% of the UK users. I guess I should be grateful.

Just got this which is much better than usual for an 8m connection - often get about 3-4 kb/s

No server shown out here on that 'map', no wonder it's slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
