Taping my in the ear headphones to the lobe of my ears (similiar to the pro riders) to keep them in as at times they fall out and as a rider who does wear h/fones whilst cycling it can be a bloody pain

i loop mine once around my helmet straps and that helps.

Think I'll go with the surgical tape...putting small phones in your ear with thick gloves on can be a pain.
