Is this trike any good?

Does anyone know if this trike is worth it? Currently at £112. Was thinking of putting a bid on it, but has it already exceeded its worth? Went to see it last night - description is more or less accurate. It's a heavyish (steel?) frame. Fair bit of rust on the handlebar tops (=kept outside?) The gears are grip-shift...not overly keen on them - but they worked ok, and anyway the bike is not for me.
