I already own a Brietling, so for me it would have to be a Rolex

What one material thing do you aspire to own?

It's got to be something special, but within your reach, so no Sunseeker yachts if there's no way you could buy one without a lottery win.

For me it's a Breitling Airwolf. Totally extravagant, but I would love to own one.

I'm not in to watches at all but I spent a formidable amount on a Rolex for my wife's last (significant) birthday in August. I was shocked at the cost for such an item and struggle to understand why it's worth the money, to be honest. I wouldn't even say it looks impressive either. Still, it was what she wanted.

And fair play to you for buying it for her.
If you are into watches, which she seems to be, then even a plain looking watch holds some beauty.

I like watches too.
It would be a different kind of Pilot's watch to sit alongside my Rolex GMTII

I'm quite a fan of fountain pans and they're very affordable, but sadly I only have a few ;)

I'll be happy if it holds its value! Mind you, I'm assured it will.

I'm most satisfied with my Tag-Heuer watch!

$10 from a market in Phnom Penh and it keeps perfect time! ;)

A campervan (£20,000 - not being too unreasonable) is what I would like to have, although I'd like to live in it whilst being on the move, not just for holidays.

A ferrari...

I know I will open myself up for abuse on here (and seeing as I have just posted how broke I am) saying it but its true.

My dad was the same and was 48 when he bought his, so I aim to beat him! only 17 years to save now.
