not quite in status quo's league, but my first ride of any consequence to day. a 78kmh at a sedate 22kph average (not helped by my lack of any sort of power in my legs in the last 10k or so.

still, not too shabby and at least it's something to build on…

we went out to dunham via mobberley. the lanes were fine, although some ice remained. the hills have gone green again, but i'd be cautious going that way (not that i'm fit enough anyway)…
