Jonathan Richman - a class act

I'm just back from seeing Jonathan Richman play an acoustic set in Leeds. He was amazing. The Brudenell Social Club was the perfect venue, intimate and affording everyone a decent view. He can be a little left field and thankfully my friends who I took along 'got it' and enjoyed every minute. The were some members of the audience who clearly didn't enjoy what was going on but they were very much in the minority.

There were about 10 versions of that song - they changed the lyrics and the instrumental break every time it was issued
