Just got some Marathon Plus' tyres, fitted them with the wrong tube size, see Winter spec tyre thread here

Of those of you that use these tyres do you still take a pump and repair kit on your commute?

Don't use them but I still carry a spare tube (or 2) and pump.

marathon Plus are not puncture proof.

1500 miles with mine zero punc*ur*s but would always carry spare tube just in case.
They are a pig to get on though,luckily you won't have to do it very often

Always carry tubes...even the best puncture resistant tyres can get done by a 4 inch nail......LOL.

I use M+ for the commute as I was fed up with the number of punctures I was getting and so far so good. However will still carry spare tube, and pump. As said above punture resistant but not puncture proof.
