Only been cycling again since end of September mainly doing some 10 mile loops & then last week managed a 22 mile ride. Getting back from these rides I've been feeling fine with what I thought surprisingly was more aching in my shoulders than my legs. But last night I did 15 minutes on rollers & today my legs are aching more than when I finished the 22 mile which took me 1h46m

Is this normal?

Yes because you will have been pushing a constant resistance and not coasting much/at all.

BTW when you say rollers do you actually mean rollers or a turbo trainer? If the latter then it is even more likely to be normal, considering many turbo trainers load you up with more resistance than the road if you don't pussy out and buy a shoot one and set on minimum resistance!

yep rollers tried a turbo trainer before & was bored rigid, with the rollers you have to concentrate or at least I do or they will spit you off
