Seriously though, I have found that even factor 50 isn't enough for my fair skin, so maybe they did try but it wasn't sufficient enough.

Me? Oddly enough, I'm ok this time, which makes a change.

You're dead hard with the factor 30! I use 50. And a hat. And stay in the shade. And move to a less sunny country.

I used to burn very very quickly and hide away, but getting out in spring seems to help my skin get used to it.

Really burnt my hands cycling without gloves this weekend though.
