Now that i am getting back into bikes i want to buy a good maintenance manual and a bike work stand to do my own servicing on my bike as well as my kids bikes. Which are recommended.

There is an excellent compilation of maintenance from cycling plus, what mtn bike etc and other stuff selling at wh smiths for about £9 I think. very user friendly format.
