Maratona Dles Dolomites

I'll be riding in the 25th running of the Maratona Dles Dolomites (I all training goes right) this year! Also doing the Dragon Ride as a warm up. I've never been to Europe, but will be with friends who've done this ride before. Anyone else planning on doing this in '11?

Planning on the Dragon which for me is a big enough challenge in its own right.I have been warned to get the Dragon entry in early .

I have done the Dragon twice...great ride and lovely scenery.

Will be doing the Maratona for the first time in 2011...really excited by it. It looks amazing.

I did the 2007 and 2009 Maratonas. Fantastic event, this is. I have also entered it for 2011 and am looking forward to it immensely. Beautiful place, beautiful scenery and fantastic people doing a superb event. I think it's the most pleasing event I've ever done.

I've managed to get a place too.
Planning to camp a few kms from the start. Looking at a few other climbs to do whilst I'm there. The stelvio pass and gavia look amazing.
