There's a carefully-planned schedule for emails with latest updates and link to sign up for rides, then CycleChat and Facebook. Emails are always first.

they come out according to the sizing. i have an XL gilet bought from ForceGB four years ago (at a long riding event I didn't finish) and it's fine. Best to ask someone and try theirs on before ordering methinks. (Or wait four years and pick up one in different colours when you start a long riding event)
