Newcomer-Rock Machine info

I got a Rock Macine ebike as a gift. Would not have been my choice, but it was a gift. 36v
Now I'm stuck with it, but it serves my needs.
After 18 months and 2500km it needs a service. I can do most of this, but the electricals are a mystery.

Need to find some info.
How do I find what brake pads I need? Figure that I got lucky to get 2,5km from them.
All the bits are Shimano, but no obvious sign on the calipers. BL-MT200 on the brake handle.

How can I access the management system?
Review the BMS, reset the service warning. When it had its first service, but the GoOutdoors numpty didn't reset it.

Well I got my new pads and fitted them.
Easier than expected and noticeable difference.

Now need to move on and understand re-setting the control to remove the "spanner" symbol that suggests the bike needs a service.

Anyone else got one of these bikes? Where can I get it serviced?
