Over stretched quads

    Is this possible? After I came back from a 6 hour ride on Monday, my quads (front of my thighs??) feel really stiff & tight. Still commuting though, can't let this nice weather go to waste. My next planned rest day is next Monday.

    Under Stretched more like, did you warm down and stretch after your ride.

    Never stretch before or after rides ;)

    Maybe try stretching before you ride and when you commute, maybe go easier than usual and just spin a lower gear to work out the lactic acid build up for a couple of days.
