Seven weeks on Friday just gone, been off the patches about 2 weeks now, feeling pretty chuffed at the mo although a bit evangelical!!!

Well done for only using the patches for 5 weeks ... i finished the step 2 patches on Friday (8 weeks) but i dont think i'l bother with the little step 3 one's as i really dont think i need to 
It's a great feeling when im cycling uphill and my legs give up before my lungs do now

most seem to be about 15 to 30 miles so i'l be having a bash at those through the summer Simon
