Photoshop Rulers

How do I change the scale showing on rulers in Photoshop CS5 to metric? I set the image size in mm when creating the file, and Photoshop resizes it slightly to the nearest whatever-of-an-inch. How annoying. I'm finding it confusing knowing where to put guides for bleed, trim and suchlike...
