Ha ha - I missed that!

Nope - the forks are back to front!

The caption was "Don't try teaching an old-timer about fixed". I reckon someone should have taught that old timer about basic bicycle maintenance!

Actually, the forks look a bit odd, like they were specially made to be like that and the front wheel is smaller than the back! Intended to be a more aero design perhaps?

I seem to remember this is done for motor paced bikes, in order to get the rider closer to the pacing motor.

Ah - you are right - Wikipedia article! If you click on the photo on the top right of the article, you can clearly see that exact design of bike.
