Pinarello Questions

I wonder if people here know where Pinarello are manufacturing their bike.
I am also interested in understanding the difference between the Dogma frame and the Paris frame.
Any thoughts about the Paris frame will be welcome. I am considering buying a Paris 2012 frame.

The bikes come from the far east - The Dogma uses a higher grade Toray carbon than the Paris, and it's more 'race' oriented. The Paris more of an all day bike !

The real difference - probably not much, other than quite a few £.
