WOW- I thought I was the only mad person in the world to use my phone and take pics of the bike at places!!!

see this is why the internet is great - you realise that there are people out there who are just as mad as yourself!!

OK, here's one of me and Mephistopheles at the Ridgeway, having ridden up from Wantage. Not as dramatic or pretty as some pics, but I was very proud to have got up there without walking...

The great thing is, from there it's pretty much downhill all the way to Newbury, which was my night's stop...
