    At least he wasn't trapped in the lift in my appartment block which seems to have had the AC installed the wrong way around, and which blows hot air into the already rather humid little box.......

    Not with my knees!

    Twice a year they do a fire evacuation and coming down from the 25th floor, leaves your legs like jellly. It's not using the same muscles as you do in cycling. At least this is what I tell myself.
