Oh crap, I take a speed lift to the 24th floor every day......and sometimes at weekends and no-one is ever at work.

Twice a year they do a fire evacuation and coming down from the 25th floor, leaves your legs like jellly. It's not using the same muscles as you do in cycling. At least this is what I tell myself.
