Why are they called porn stars? It seems that every porn actress is billed as a star. Don't they have actresses who specialise in supporting roles or cameos ("Don't miss Drucilla Dreadfull's cameo as a pork sword bearer in the Roman orgy scene") or just do bit work? They can't reall all be stars, so why are they women universally described as such? Is the work really that difficult?
