Problem with tyre

Hi all I have a road bike that has a bulge on the side of the front tyre. <br /><br />What can I do about this please?

Take the tyre off and check that the sidewalls are ok.It looks like the tyre is not seated on the rim properly. Release the pressure and try to seat the tyre onto the rim. It could be that the tyre is damaged internally and the tube is trying to push it's way out of the tyre, have you gone down a pothole recently? It could be a new tyre job.
