Anyone planning on getting one of these when they are released. The one with the network connector will quite likely find it's way attached to the back of our telly.

Definitely - purely as something to play around with though. Can't think of any practical applications for it yet! Hopefully they will get some of these into schools now that the dreadful ICT programme is being replaced.

I wish them luck, but they have a massive uphill struggle. We've had 30 years in schools/businesses of thinking that being able to use a 'spreadsheet' and other 'basic' skills it be all and end all of computing.

Never heard of it , but I willbe getting one for my Nephew to play with. one of those lads just on the edge of programming and this could be the thing that gets him going properly

I read that as "my dog in on the Rasberry Pi board......."

Which made me wonder how big it was!
