Up for sale is my Rocky Mountain Element 70.

18 inch, (47 cm) frame size.

In very good used condition, this has just been the subject of a complete rebuild.

All bearings replaced including the frame pivots, headset and bottom bracket.

New cables, grips, rear axle and bearings, seat post, inner chain ring and brake pads.

Rear shock rebuilt and upgraded to Kashima Coat by TFT Tuned - cost £170.

Overall, the paint is in very good condition.

It has several paint chips the worst of them being near the chain stay but there is no damage to the frame and it has not been touched up.

As both front and rear shocks have lockout, it can be ridden as a hardtail.

Specification is as follows:

Rocky Mountain Element 70: 7005-T6 series alloy.

Fox 32 RL100 F Series Fork - 15 mm bolt through with lockout.

Fox RPL Rear Shock. With rear lockout function.

Shimano XT hubs and skewers.

Mavic XC717 disc only wheel set.

Shimano XT Discs.

Shimano M775 Calipers.

Shimano M775 Levers.

Easton Monkey Lite XC Composite Handlebar.

Easton EA70 stem.

Brand new Specialized Fast Track Armadillo Elite - 26 x 2.0.

New lock - on textured grips.

This exact make and model was awarded XC bike of the year in 2007.

Pedals are not included.

I will courier the bike for an additional £35 but it will require a certain amount of re-assembly if this option is preferred.

Thanks. Now £550 as I need the space. Personally I think it's worth quite a bit more but someone will get a good quality MTB that was nearly 3k new !
