An rss feed is a way of subscribing to your favourite pages on the internet, to save having to work your way around all the websites. Sort of like a favourites for headlines.
You need an RSS reader, you could use Internet Explorer 8, or a dedicated program such as feed Demon. When you have subscribed to the pages you want to, you can then view all the headers of the posts of cycle chat, the bbc headlines from whichever specific news section you chose, or from whichever section of any site that offers a rss feed, all in one reader program.
The rss list should then remove links you have clicked on, and update with any new ones, saving you repeated trips to the same circuit of web sites.
