Didn't know you could get Billy in safway (and also isn't that Morrisons now?) only ever seen it at Tesco.

But I alway feel guilty eating them, feels wrong eating a a cooked and sliced teddy bear.

No Braughing sausages, from a butcher in 1 of my local villages; won the top prize for the best sausage in UK a couple of years ago.

Soup sausages from Luxembourg. Eat hot, cold and, err, in soups with leeks, split peas, carrots, lentils, etc. Also Knockwurst on its own. Yum!

Closer to home, you can't beat a nice Cumberland with Spicy Barbecue or HP sauce. Or a dollop of English mustard on the side.

I only eat veg versions of meat looking sausages etc...pretty boring stuff but it fascinates me to see black pudding constructed...
