Skye Mor. Anyone else on here riding this in May?

Looking for buddies to go round the course with on the day so I have a better than average chance of making it round in a sensible time. Looking to achieve an avg speed of maybe 15-16mph depending on how bad the wind is! Let me know if you needs a chum to ride with

Well done to anyone who actually made it round the 95mi long course last Saturday. I crashed out and did the shorter 50mi route after being completely blown off the road in some of the worst weather conditions I've ever pedalled a bike in. My right shoulder, arms and wrists are still hurting a week later and I have nice set of souvenir bruises, road rash and torn lycra gear to go with it!

Accident aside, I have to say I was very impressed with the event organisation though. Also to the people of Skye who came out to cheer us all on so enthusiatically in utterly abysmal conditions. Thank you!

Well done on the 50 miler Velo. In those conditions, I think anyone should be chuffed making it around at all!

Was a real slog in places, but a good weekend away.
