Is it possible to get Slime for 700c tyres. I've put it in mtb tyres, and I know that you can buy tubes with it already in, but I seem to remember that you can get a syringe type applicator for presta valves. Would a Presta to Schrader adaptor help?

I wouldn't.

It works ok with very small punctures but anything not round like a pinprick, such as a small glass cut with flat profile and the slime oozes out and stops a repair patch from adhering to the tube.

It also tends to bung up presta valves.

I agree it just bungs up presta valves I have it on my mtb or shud I say had it became impossible to pump up after a few times of re pumping

I agree with all of the above, slime should be banned.

All it does is makes a mess when you do get a puncture. It's easier reparing a puncture than messing about with slime once it starts dribbling out. Don't do it.

The trick is to leave the wheel standing for a while with the valve at the top. The slime should then run to the bottom allowing you to pump the tyre effectively ...........
