Small old bike/frame wanted

Has anyone got an old road bike or frame tucked away, gathering dust? Would prefer a 70/80's steel frame but I'm not fussy. Planning to convert the bike to a fixie so horizontal drop outs are important. I'm on a low budget but i'm willing to pay a fair price for the bike.

It's where the rear wheel attaches to the rear forks. In modern frames the slot is vertical but in older frames the slot is horizontal so that the wheel can be pulled further back along the slot in order to tighten the chain.
