Ive just been building loads of bikes and I got to 2 25" bikes and I was thinking how big would you be to ride it?.

So what size is your bike and is it right for you?

I have a 50.5cm bike which fits, I also have a 54cm compact which fits, I also have a 56cm compact which I can ride quite comfortably. I used to have a 61cm bike with no seatpost showing that I could ride lol.

I have a Large SCR with a 22 inch seat tube, its a really good fit.

Nope I cant work out the size of your bike by your shoe size. How can it vary the size of bike you have unless some are not right for you!

Yer and I can ride a bike that is just a foot high ( from floor to the top of seat) I dose not mean its the right size for me!!!


To know /find out the right size frame for you stand over the top tube a 15cm back from the stem. There should be just a 1" gap if its a compact it will be 1 1/2" ish. For full suss MTB's it needs to touch JUST or

If your 5'9 how can a 22" fit bcos if you jump off the seat and stand over the bike that will £"%* not be nice.?

22" frame - centre of BB to top of top tube - can easily stand over it - I did mention standard geometry - not the confusing compacts........

I am blessed with 22 inches!

It's a MTB and has been called a 'garden gate' of a bike!
I'm six foot two and have a 36" inside leg and it fits me lovely like.
