I have a 50.5cm bike which fits, I also have a 54cm compact which fits, I also have a 56cm compact which I can ride quite comfortably. I used to have a 61cm bike with no seatpost showing that I could ride lol.

Yer and I can ride a bike that is just a foot high  ( from floor to the top of seat) I dose not mean its the right size for me!!!

To know /find out the right size frame for you stand over the top tube a 15cm back from the stem. There should be just a 1" gap if its a compact it will be 1 1/2" ish. For full suss MTB's it needs to touch JUST or:ohmy::blush:

22" frame - centre of BB to top of top tube - can easily stand over it - I did mention standard geometry - not the confusing compacts........
