Socks....

Mr Summerdays really liked his Lewis Kit socks that he bought loads of before they stopped trading ages ago. They are beginning to all get holes in them . He's tried the Woolie Boolie ones and whilst OK doesn't like them as much. So basically I'm after a recommendation for something similar.

I use Endura Thermolite Socks.

Used them all last winter and have just purchased another 2 pairs.

Commando socks 70 % wool 30% polyester work OK for e and cheap at a fiver a pair.

I've got the Thermolite ones myself (I wear them over another pair of socks to try and keep my feet warm) and I've stolen his pairs since he doesn't wear them... I'm not even sure what are the key characteristics that make the Lewis Kit ones so good in his opinion.

I've got some Endura BaaBaa's - they're comfy and warm so far.
