...clothing.
Steady. I was at Earls Court setting up an exhibition stand earlier this evening, for the 'Vitality' - beauty and all that cobblers <envy alert :sad::biggrin:> Show.
I happened to see what I thought was a bike shaped bit of display - looked as though it was made from rusty coat hangers from a distance- but curiosity got the better of me (when doesn't it?) and I slipped over to ask permission for a photo...
It transpired that the youngsters there were developing cycle specific clothing - for ladies. They even plugged it in for CycleChat delicatation.
They assured me that tomorrow their stand will look extra special - filled with goodies!
A limited amount of stuff set out, but I immediately noticed that the zips on the clothing looked as though they would open and close more than once without breaking. I offered to be a model for a XXXXXXXL ladies size prototype (as long as they could 'do' me the zips) - but I don't think I quite cut the appropriate mustard - as far as models go...;)
Anyway, after all that - the photo. I'll perhaps get a better view tomorrow.

Ah yes nice fairy light bike - I do prefer it the Cycodelic stuff as it's too girly for me - you probably came across Amy Fleuriot (blonde girl) who designs the range.

The two young ladies and one gent that I met were all as pleasant as you Grace.
Such enthusiasm...I'm hoping to get closer look. I might ask for a borrow of the excellent ladies cape for the FNRttC (Size 36 or so...;))

I'll admit to a vague hankering for the cape, although it's way too expensive, and I know I couldn't carry it off - I'm a scruffbag at heart.

I did see a nice belted waterproof coat on a Dutch website, for a reasonable price, I think that's as tailored as I'd ever go...

Nice twinkly bike though. Reminds me of the decoration we had in the fireplace of a student house - the fireplace had been opened up at some stage with a ghastly arch shaped* brick surround, and we stuck a mini penny farthing in it, and draped it with a string of lights. It was a 'feature'.

*that's arch as in curved doorway, not Arch, as in me.

A size 36 cape on you Teef? Wow...I would love to see photo evidence of that especially in the dark- you know all that atmosphere- you'd make a great model but I'm afraid you're probably not their demographic buyer!

But...but...I 'do' demos...I do 'graphics' - I only have to join the two together!

Perhaps you're right.:wacko::sad::biggrin:

But then again...
Still a nice bike image though - reminding me of the Poundstretcher battery powered fairy lights that constituted one of my raffle prizes...as modelled by mikee's Condor

Photo pinched from topcat's Whitstable Ride album - thanks Dave!

I saw a lovely bike strung up with fairy lights outside a house in San Francisco last month. It was magical.

Love the cape as well, reckon I could pull that look off. Hmmmm...investment?

I think that would be the safest place to view Martin at the moment.
