Stealing our fish and chips.

European ships have been taking BRITISH fish and chips out of UK territorial waters for too long!!!!
Once we escape the interference of Brussels Eurocrats, we will be able to decide for ourselves how much fish and chips we take from OUR waters.
Should we be giving away any of our fish and chips to foreign boats?
What do you feel?

The reason for this is lack of quotas, British vessels can only catch so much, yet have to throw tonnes of deadloss back(inc species not on quota)

Everyone else is literally open season.
and why shouldn't we support our fishing industry? if we had more controls of our own waters we could catch more and export more, and that would be good for non South East of England based communities.

it would be nice if we could be self sufficient in fish products - I believe we still import more than we export - and it would also be nice if we could stop exporting vast tonnage of prawns whilst simultaneously importing them - and are we still flying fish and prawns on a 12,000 mile round trip to China for filleting and deshelling then wondering why CO2 emissions are high?
Well, if they think chips are caught, who knows where they think fish come from.
