Strength and stamina

Is there any ways to increase the strength and stamina. Currently I am doing performing circuit training exercises two to three times every week to gain the maximum benefits. I am looking for more ideas for increase strength and stamina. Any one suggest me?

How long are your circuits? What sort of strength? Do you have a particular activity in mind?
 
i do alternate sessions of hill training circuits (5-8 reps of a 1km hill) or fartlek interval sessions, typically a pyramid of 3 x 1 min sprints, 2 x 2 min, 1 x 3mins, 2 x 2 mins and 3 x 1 mins with the equivalent rest in between sprints, so 1 min rest in between the 1min sprints, 2 mins between the 2 min sprints etc.

had def made a difference to my average speed when riding.

As regards cycling I have a day soley on the small chainring,a day on the big ring and then a day mixing the two as a basis.

Stamina wise - you have to put in the miles on a bike to develop this i'm afraid.
