We are talking about swimming?!

I did the same thing at a sports college I attended in Norway as part of my uni course: 10 x a three-stroke swim and a full ducking of the head. It was great to have the sauna afterwards, although I prefered rolling in the snow (as opposed to the ice-swimming) in between spells in the sauna.
