Would it have been an approximation of Mayfair?

I don't think so. Mayfair is bounded by Park Lane, Oxford Street, regent Street and picadilly (possibly). We were north of Oxford Street at the time, so outside those limits.

Going by the sign clue on the 1st one I'd guess Baker St

2nd one looks like Haymarket, which I don't think is on the monopoly board, so I'm guessing its meant to be Trafalgar Square or Pall Mall

3rd one is the Strand I think

4th one I'd say Whitechapel rather than OKR

We'd just done Piccadilly before going down Haymarket to Pall Mall.

Looking at the OP's posted route, you went along Upper Grosvenor Street, passing the American embassy on your right, turned left into Park Lane, then first left into Mount Street, which is all very much Mayfair.

Could the Hope pub cope with 15 or so of us arriving at lunchtime one Sunday do you think? I'm thinking off that as the final destination on the next ride instead of LMNH.
