I'm just starting to get back on the bike after a fairly long lay off, nothing too serious though as I'm a bit older (not sure about the wiser bit) than when I last attacked our local Brechfa Forest.

I ride a Kona Exposif and my wife has a Specialised Rockhopper, our daughter who is 9 will also be along for the ride and we've been informed that she now needs a "proper" MTB

Anyway, nice to be here, I'll shoot off and have a look around and catch you all in a bit.

my wife was born & bred here, I've lived here a little over 10 years and nowt has changed from your memory days really apart from only 3 pubs open here (not that we frequent them) and there are a few less "locals" here.
