That is very naughty, but illustrates beautifully the basic respect Germanic and Scandinavian drivers have for traffic rules! Over here, cars would just barge across the cycle lane, in Germany I assume the law is that you must allow a bike to filter past first... (as it is in Denmark and Sweden etc)
