thanks very much to you all on this site,I have found you all to be very friendly willing ti help newbies,with your help and advice I enjoy reading the posts ,and get some great tips thanks very much ,I have cycled again this weekend 16.5 this time geting a little better and using the gears better,practice may make me perfect ,I hope,has anyone got a ladies Dawes Karakum as I would like to know if I could get a bar bag to fit the butterfly bars ,and where I might source one from ,thanks again for all your replies theywere very encouraging
