The Dreaded Bonk!

I went on the usual DCC bun run today, after the cafe I noticed that one of my faster mates was a long way behind, I thought he was maybe just taking it easy before a big cyclocross race. I was wrong he was still outside the Cafe suffering from the Dreaded Bonk

That's a very good club you cycle with if they have a van to collect those suffering from the Bonk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
