This one on the same page made the biker in me wince. Same thing nearly happened to me once on lane 3 of the M6
Agree with you Night Train, the crash was horrific, hope the rider was OK!!!!
I'm sure Ive heard that Audio on a porno
Some typical twat of a cardriver !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The driver was close, but that biker was moving into the inside lane.
Yep, looked to me like both the car and the bike could have helped to avoid that one.
It dont matter the biker has more of a chance of dying SO needs the more protecting!
Course it matters. I hope you don't think like that when you're on your bike. The very fact that the biker is more vulnerable means s/he can't afford to go changing lanes without making sure there's nothing coming up on his or her inside. Equally, the car driver shouln't really be undertaking like that.
The biker has more chance of dying and so should be more careful.
Admitedly BUT the cardrivers has more chance of living in 99% of crashes and so needs less protection, initally ! - as they are protected by the cage of the car.
Of course that's right.
Got some evidence to back that claim yenrod?
Ok, Mil - go out on your bike = get yourself run over then see who's more hurt - you or the car driver and lets see which side of the argument you take then!
I don't have a motorbike yenrod.
I just want to see some evidence of cars being 99% safer than motorbikes that is all.
